Verified August 13, 2026 · FastIQ staging Pricing workspace v1.10.2; scenario rail and result workspace inspected without submitting a production quote

Open Pricing > Pricing Engine. The scenario rail collects the transaction, borrower, property, lock, compensation, program, documentation, AUS, and lender-scope criteria used for the search.

  1. Enter the purchase price or property value, loan amount, purpose, term, lien position, and any buydown.
  2. Complete borrower details such as FICO, occupancy, DTI, citizenship, income, reserves, and relevant credit events.
  3. Complete property details, lock period, lender-paid or borrower-paid compensation, eligible loan types, and documentation method.
  4. Choose All Lenders, a lender group, or a custom lender selection, then select Run Pricing.
  5. Review program tabs, the Rate Stack, and FastIQ Intelligence. If no options are available, adjust only the criteria that are accurate for the file and run pricing again.
