Running a Pricing Scenario
Enter borrower, property, loan, and lender criteria, then review the available program results.

Open Pricing > Pricing Engine. The scenario rail collects the transaction, borrower, property, lock, compensation, program, documentation, AUS, and lender-scope criteria used for the search.
- Enter the purchase price or property value, loan amount, purpose, term, lien position, and any buydown.
- Complete borrower details such as FICO, occupancy, DTI, citizenship, income, reserves, and relevant credit events.
- Complete property details, lock period, lender-paid or borrower-paid compensation, eligible loan types, and documentation method.
- Choose All Lenders, a lender group, or a custom lender selection, then select Run Pricing.
- Review program tabs, the Rate Stack, and FastIQ Intelligence. If no options are available, adjust only the criteria that are accurate for the file and run pricing again.
