Understand the current borrower interview, its 13 displayed progress sections, consent steps, and save-and-return behavior.
Verified August 13, 2026 · FastIQ borrower portal and fact-interview product source checked 2026-08-13; staff entry points inspected in staging v1.10.2
The borrower application is a guided interview rather than a single static form. Its displayed progress covers 13 areas: loan purpose, property, borrower information, employment, income, assets, liabilities, real estate, declarations, demographics, consents, loan officer, and review.
- Questions can change based on earlier answers, so not every borrower sees the same path.
- Borrowers can save progress and return later.
- Consent steps cover electronic delivery and upload, credit authorization, information sharing, and privacy acknowledgments.
- Staff can use Open POS Workspace or Enter Interview from a lead record when available, but borrower-only steps and attestations must remain with the borrower.
