Borrower Workspace and Portal Progress
Open the POS workspace, monitor application progress, and manage borrower-facing documents and milestones.

From a lead record, staff may see Open POS Workspace and Enter Interview. The borrower workspace brings together application progress, milestones, documents, and conditions for that borrower's own loan.
- Use portal progress and File Pulse to understand what has been completed and what still needs attention.
- Use Documents and Conditions for borrower-facing checklist items and received files.
- Use Invite when the borrower has not entered the portal and an authorized invitation is needed.
- Use the staff workspace to review the file; do not treat a staff preview as proof that the borrower has access.
