FastIQ uses organization roles to control both available actions and the records a user can work with. The current invitation form offers six assignable roles.

Invite a user and assign a role

  1. Open Admin > Users.
  2. Select Invite User.
  3. Enter the user's email address, first name, and last name.
  4. Choose one of the six assignable roles, then select Send Invitation.
  5. Use the Staff Users and Invitations tabs to review active users and pending invitations.
FastIQ Invite New User dialog with email, name, and role fields
The invitation dialog assigns the new user's organization role before the invitation is sent.
