Managing Application Conditions

Open an application's Conditions view to see total, open, pending-review, cleared, and critical counts. Application Readiness is marked Advisory Only and should support, not replace, the processor or underwriter review.

1. Filter the condition list to focus on the current work.
2. Use Add Condition to choose a type, category, severity, required-before milestone, optional due date, description, and internal notes.
3. Set borrower email and SMS notification options according to the communication plan and consent state.
4. Use Seed Baseline Checklist or Regenerate only when the file workflow calls for it, then review the resulting items.
