Open Pipeline > Compliance Center to review TRID and Reg B deadline monitoring. Summary cards separate Overdue, Critical within three days, and This Week within seven days.
- Review each open compliance alert and open the related file for the underlying facts.
- Use Run Scan Now when an authorized user needs to refresh the alert evaluation immediately.
- The automated scanner is scheduled for approximately 7:00 AM Eastern each day, not midnight.
