Using the Processing Queue
Prioritize assigned files, open conditions, pending document requests, and workflow tasks.

Open Pipeline > Processing Queue. Summary cards show Files Assigned, Open Conditions, Pending Doc Requests, and Pending Workflow Tasks. A separate panel surfaces the current user's pending workflow tasks.
- Use the status filter to narrow the queue.
- Review File number, borrower, loan officer, status, stage, open-condition count, pending-document count, and last-updated time.
- Use the available row actions to open the File, Workflow, or Conditions view.
