Open Pipeline > Document Library. The library includes federal regulations, broker disclosures, and organization or state requirements.

• Search by title and filter by document type, state, or Federal Only.
• Review title, type, applicable states, effective date, version, and the available open, edit, or remove actions.
• When adding an approved resource, record its title, type, category, version, effective and optional expiration dates, description, federal status, source file or external URL, applicable states, and loan types.
