Lead Activity: Stream, Communications, and Notes

Use the three Activity lenses to read system events, review messages, and add lead-specific notes.

Open a lead and select Activity. The current page presents one history area through three separate lenses: Stream, Communications, and Notes.

Stream — Unified Activity

  • The Stream shows timestamped events returned for that lead.
  • A legend groups events as Milestone, Comms, AI, Docs, Portal, Auto, or System.
  • Rows can include the event description, actor, relative and exact time, and recorded metadata.
  • Supported event types open a detail dialog when selected.

Communications

Select Communications to work with the lead's communication history rather than the full event stream. This keeps calls, email and SMS activity separate from unrelated system events.

Notes

  1. Open the lead and select Activity.
  2. Select Notes.
  3. Enter a lead-specific note in “Add a note about this lead…”.
  4. Select Add Note. The button remains disabled until text is entered.
