Using the Lead Activity Tab
Use Stream, Communications, and Notes to reconstruct what happened on a lead.

Activity presents three views of the same lead history. Choose the lens based on whether you need the full event sequence, message activity, or staff context.
- Stream shows timestamped milestone, communication, AI, document, portal, automation, and system events returned for the lead.
- Communications shows the lead’s message history and available communication tools. It also contains the Biweekly Rate Digest preference and completed Kelly-call entry points when those features are available.
- Notes records lead-specific human context. Add information that belongs on this lead rather than using the separate My Day performance log.
