Pricing & Fees has three lenses: Pricing, Fees, and Net Funding. They share a lead but answer different questions: available loan options, itemized costs, and post-funding reconciliation.
- Pricing shows the current loan overview and any committed lender, product, rate, APR, and lock status. Open Pricing Workspace to run or compare lender pricing.
- Fees opens the Fee Worksheet. Organization templates are the starting estimate; authorized users can review sections, APR treatment, lender credits, manual items, source, and fee history.
- Get Fees is available only when the product’s application and disclosure prerequisites are satisfied and a supported fee provider is configured. It is an explicit action; the provider is not called automatically.
- Net Funding summarizes loan amount, broker compensation, lender credits, principal reduction, loan balance, net SRP, net wire amount, and recorded payment detail. Fee detail can be exported when available.
- Fees freeze when the loan reaches Funded so the reconciliation record remains stable.
