The internal Application tab organizes the loan record into five lenses. It is broader than the borrower-facing application interview and may contain staff-only controls.
- Borrower contains verification, identity, contact, residence, and military-service information for the primary borrower.
- Co-Borrowers manages the additional borrowers attached to the loan.
- Employment & Income records employment and income information used by the file.
- Assets & Credit combines financial verification, assets, liabilities, real estate owned, imported credit data, housing expense, and DTI analysis.
- Property & Loan contains property and transaction facts, title information, tracking dates, the rate-lock record, application and disclosure timing, TRID monitoring, and prequalification analysis.
- Open the appropriate lens before editing; similarly named facts may have different owners or sources.
- Compare staff-entered values with borrower-supplied or imported evidence before correcting a material field.
- Save through the control provided by that section and confirm the value remains after refresh.
- Use Open POS Workspace when you need to review the borrower-facing application, documents, or messages.
