Using Lead-Level Compliance Controls
Review and update channel opt-outs and Global Do Not Contact status for one lead.

The diagnostics-enabled Compliance tab centralizes the operational contact controls for Email, SMS, and Calls. It is separate from the pipeline status named Do Not Contact.
- Review the Global DNC banner first. When Global DNC is active, every channel is blocked.
- Review each channel’s Active or Opted Out state and any recorded source or time.
- To record a channel opt-out, change that channel to Opted Out and confirm the warning. Removing an opt-out should occur only with valid authority and evidence.
- Use Add to Global DNC only when all outreach must stop. The confirmation explains that the action affects all channels and campaigns.
- Refresh Cadence after a change when you need to confirm the resulting governor decision.
