Reading the Cadence Governor for a Lead
Use the administrator diagnostic to understand channel verdicts, delays, fallbacks, and recent outreach-policy decisions.

Cadence is an administrator-only diagnostic view. It shows the outreach governor’s current decision for Email, SMS, and Calls; it is not a message composer or a way to bypass policy.
- Channel Status reports whether each channel is allowed, temporarily deferred, or permanently blocked and may show the controlling rule, earliest allowed time, or fallback channel.
- Timezone information explains where the quiet-hours calculation was evaluated.
- Active Policy Rules is a reference summary. Recent Governor Decisions is the lead-specific audit list of channel, verdict, rule, fallback, and time.
- Use Refresh when investigating a recent consent, opt-out, DNC, or timing change.
