Interpret the diagnostics-only readiness score, eight file dimensions, required actions, and recommendations.

James Review is a diagnostics-enabled file analysis. It summarizes recorded data and documents; it does not replace underwriting, processing, compliance, or lender review.
- The readiness bar shows the current overall score and label for the available file evidence.
- Eight dimension cards cover Credit, Income, Cash to Close, Property, DTI, Documents, Pricing, and Compliance. Each is labeled Good, At Risk, Alert, or Missing.
- Select a dimension card to expand the evidence summary and details behind its status.
- Actions Required prioritizes unresolved items. Recommendations lists additional improvements or follow-up.
- Re-analyze requests a fresh review. The screen also checks periodically for several minutes after opening so recent borrower uploads can appear.
