Open Marketing > AI Campaign Builder when you want FastIQ to draft one multi-step outreach campaign. It creates campaign copy and timing; it is not a brokerage-wide strategy or budget planner.
- Describe the goal, audience, lifecycle moment, and desired next action in plain English.
- Optionally set the audience, duration, tone, and whether Email, SMS, or both may be used.
- Select Generate campaign, or load a mortgage playbook and tailor it.
- Edit the name, subjects, message copy, timing, and steps. Review the trigger badges.
- Use Re-check after editing. Fix blocking compliance findings and review all warnings.
- Select Save as draft only when it is ready for a second review.
