Marketing > Workflows controls internal operational automation. A workflow begins with a product event, may evaluate conditions, and then performs actions. It is separate from a customer-facing Campaign Sequence.
- Select New Automation and enter a clear name and purpose.
- Choose a starting trigger such as lead creation, assignment, status or stage change, loan event, rate signal, application abandonment, inbound communication, tag, anniversary, or score change.
- Add only the required conditions and actions. Actions can include messages, tasks, notes, updates, assignment, webhooks, tags, and AI-assisted processing.
- Review recipients, delays, branches, consent, and suppression before turning it on.
- Open Workflow Runs to search and filter Completed, Failed, or Running executions. Compare the run with the related lead or loan activity.
