Marketing > Workflows controls internal operational automation. A workflow begins with a product event, may evaluate conditions, and then performs actions. It is separate from a customer-facing Campaign Sequence.

  1. Select New Automation and enter a clear name and purpose.
  2. Choose a starting trigger such as lead creation, assignment, status or stage change, loan event, rate signal, application abandonment, inbound communication, tag, anniversary, or score change.
  3. Add only the required conditions and actions. Actions can include messages, tasks, notes, updates, assignment, webhooks, tags, and AI-assisted processing.
  4. Review recipients, delays, branches, consent, and suppression before turning it on.
  5. Open Workflow Runs to search and filter Completed, Failed, or Running executions. Compare the run with the related lead or loan activity.
