Setting Up Free Rate Update Lead Delivery
Connect Free Rate Update to its native FastIQ form adapter and verify purchase, refinance, and home-equity purpose mapping.

Free Rate Update has a dedicated FastIQ adapter for its URL-encoded form payload. Use the Free Rate Update provider preset so FastIQ generates tenant-bound URLs for that adapter rather than a generic intake URL.
Connect the account
- Open Settings > Lead Sources, select Add Source, and choose Free Rate Update.
- Name the source, select the default loan officer, and save it.
- Open Manage posting URLs and copy the purpose-specific URLs Free Rate Update needs.
- Provide the complete private URLs to the Free Rate Update implementation contact. Do not remove or edit their credential parameters.
- Ask for a controlled test lead for every purchased product category.
Verify the test
- Purchase traffic creates a purchase lead and uses the Purchase route when supplied.
- Refinance traffic creates a refinance lead and uses the Refinance route when supplied.
- HELOC, Home Equity Line of Credit, Home Equity Loan, and Second Mortgage values remain distinguishable in FastIQ purpose mapping.
- The provider request ID protects against duplicate creation, and FastIQ records the delivery result on the selected route.
- The created lead shows Free Rate Update attribution and the expected tenant, campaign, and loan officer.
