All internet lead providers are configured from Settings > Lead Sources. Create a separate source for each provider, even when two providers send the same fields. This preserves attribution, delivery controls, duplicate evidence, routing, and cost reporting.
Choose the provider format
- LendingTree: choose LendingTree. FastIQ uses its native XML/JSON adapter and LendingTree certification workflow.
- Free Rate Update: choose Free Rate Update. FastIQ uses its native form-delivery adapter.
- Bankrate, NerdWallet, rate tables or rate marketplaces, and Mortgage Research Center: choose the matching preset. These use a tenant-bound FastIQ standard intake URL.
- Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin: choose the matching preset. These use tenant-bound posting URLs so each brokerage remains isolated.
- Any other provider: choose Other internet lead provider and use the FastIQ standard JSON field contract.
The universal setup
- Create the source and select its default loan officer.
- Open Manage posting URLs and choose Default/unspecified, Purchase, Refinance, or Home equity/HELOC.
- Create a named sub-source when a provider has separate campaigns, affiliates, filters, or vendors. Never reuse one URL across unrelated delivery streams.
- Give the complete private URL and the applicable FastIQ field specification to the provider through a secure channel.
- Run the built-in URL test, then request one controlled provider test lead.
- Verify source, sub-source, loan purpose, state, borrower data, duplicate behavior, campaign, and assigned loan officer before approving live traffic.
