Using the Marketing Lifecycle Map

Marketing > Lifecycle Map shows whether major customer stages have active campaign coverage. A stage marked Gap has no active campaign assignment through this map.

1. Review Stages Covered, Coverage Gaps, Active Assignments, and Active Segments.
2. Compare each stage description, entry triggers, assigned campaigns, and segment-specific assignments.
3. Use Assign for a stage-wide campaign or Add to narrow an assignment through a segment.
4. Review which displayed transition rules are marked automatic, then use Workflow Runs and lead activity to confirm actual execution.
