Configuring Twilio SMS and Voice
Connect an organization Twilio account and test the integration.

Administrators configure Twilio under Admin > Integrations. The current form accepts an Account SID, Auth Token, phone number, optional Messaging Service SID, and optional voice webhook.
- Use an approved Twilio account and provision the phone or messaging service in Twilio.
- Enter the Account SID, Auth Token, phone number, and any optional service or webhook values your setup requires.
- Enable the integration and select Save.
- Select Test Connection before relying on SMS or voice workflows.
