Review FastIQ starter email templates and create organization-specific reusable email content.

Marketing > Templates contains reusable organization communications. Email starters cover welcome, follow-up, milestones, document requests, pre-qualification, and rate updates.
- Search and review the current template, category, subject, body, and ownership.
- Select Create Email Template and enter a name, category, subject, HTML-capable body, and optional plain-text fallback.
- Use merge tokens only when the sending workflow supplies the required value.
- Test through the intended workflow before using the template with live recipients.
The SMS Templates tab does not maintain standalone sample records. Current SMS copy is managed inside Campaign Sequences and Workflows.
