Connecting Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin Leads
Receive real-estate portal leads through tenant-specific posting URLs and route incomplete mortgage inquiries safely.
Verified September 3, 2026 · FastIQ tenant source presets, standard intake, attribution, and routing controls checked September 3, 2026; legacy platform-wide Zillow webhook excluded from tenant guidance
Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin leads must enter through a source created inside the brokerage tenant. The tenant-bound posting URL is the authority for ownership and attribution. Do not use a platform-wide webhook URL for a tenant connection.
Set up each portal
- Create a separate source using the Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin preset.
- Choose the default loan officer who should receive leads when the provider does not supply enough data for a more specific rule.
- Use Default/unspecified for general property inquiries. Use a purpose-specific URL only when the portal or connector reliably distinguishes mortgage intent.
- Create sub-sources for teams, ZIP-code programs, Premier Agent campaigns, referral groups, or paid placements that require separate attribution.
- Give the private URL and FastIQ standard field specification to the portal or its approved delivery connector.
- Send a controlled test and confirm the property address, borrower contact information, source, campaign, and owner in FastIQ.
Routing incomplete inquiries
- Property portal inquiries may arrive without loan amount, purpose, credit, or consent detail. Preserve the raw source attribution and route from fields that are actually present.
- Use the source default loan officer when state, purpose, or campaign rules cannot be evaluated.
- Do not infer purchase, refinance, or home-equity intent from the provider name alone.
- Keep separate consent evidence for mortgage marketing; a request to contact a real-estate agent is not automatically permission for every mortgage communication channel.
