Open Marketing > Campaign Sequences. The workspace has Event-Driven Sequences, Legacy Drip, and Suppression Rules tabs. The available sequence list is configurable and may include contact, application, loan milestone, trust, rate, retention, and partner journeys.
- Each event-driven sequence card shows whether it is active or paused, its channel, its number of steps, and an Edit action.
- Legacy Drip contains older campaigns that can be reviewed and migrated into the unified sequence engine.
- Suppression Rules explains the controls applied before a message is sent.
