Bankrate, NerdWallet, rate-table or rate-marketplace vendors, and Mortgage Research Center use the FastIQ standard tenant intake. They share a canonical FastIQ field model, but each provider must have its own source and private posting URLs.
Build one source per provider
- Choose the exact provider preset in Settings > Lead Sources.
- Create separate sources for Bankrate, NerdWallet, each rate marketplace, and Mortgage Research Center. Do not group them under one generic Internet Leads source.
- Use purpose-specific routes when the provider separates purchase, refinance, and home-equity products.
- Use named sub-sources for paid campaigns, affiliates, filters, lead grades, shared versus exclusive leads, or vendor accounts.
- Send the provider the selected private URL plus the FastIQ standard JSON field specification.
Required test evidence
- A stable provider lead ID or request ID for duplicate protection.
- Borrower first name, last name, and at least one usable contact method.
- Loan purpose and property state when available so FastIQ can route correctly.
- Consent fields, source URL, certificate, or timestamp when the provider supplies them.
- A successful FastIQ lead showing the correct source, sub-source, campaign, and loan officer.
