Managing Posting URLs and Sub-Sources
Separate providers and campaigns with revocable URLs, named sub-sources, route defaults, and delivery evidence.

Use a different posting URL for every provider, lead type, affiliate, vendor, filter, or campaign that needs independent attribution or credential control. Do not reuse one URL for unrelated senders.
System URLs and named sub-sources
- Every source includes four system URLs: Default/unspecified, Purchase, Refinance, and Home equity/HELOC.
- You can add up to 25 named sub-sources beneath a source for affiliates, campaigns, filters, vendors, or other delivery streams.
- Each sub-source receives its own private, revocable credential and can have its own purpose, campaign, and default loan officer.
- All provider formats still map into one canonical FastIQ lead model, so routing and reporting use consistent fields.
Controls
- Copy: copies the exact private posting URL for the selected route.
- Test: verifies the credential and tenant binding without creating a lead.
- Pause: stops new deliveries while preserving the route and its history.
- Rotate: replaces the credential and invalidates the previous URL. Give the new URL to the authorized sender.
- Revoke: disables the route when it should no longer receive leads.
Monitor delivery
- Review Last delivery to confirm when the route most recently received traffic.
- Compare accepted, rejected, and duplicate totals for unexpected changes.
- Open the latest error before asking a provider to resend a failed lead.
- Confirm the created lead has the expected source, sub-source, purpose, campaign, and loan officer.
- Use routing rules when assignment must depend on source, sub-source, loan purpose, state, or campaign.
