Setting Up LendingTree Lead Delivery
Connect LendingTree to its native FastIQ adapter, provide purpose-specific posting URLs, and certify delivery with a test lead.

LendingTree uses its own native FastIQ adapter. It participates in the same tenant lead-source system as other providers, but its XML or JSON payload is translated through the LendingTree-specific mapping before FastIQ creates and routes the lead.
Create the LendingTree source
- Open Settings > Lead Sources and select Add Source.
- Choose LendingTree as the provider, name the source, and select the default loan officer.
- Save the source and open its delivery settings.
- Confirm FastIQ generated four private URLs: Default/unspecified, Purchase, Refinance, and Home equity/HELOC.
- Use the Copy control for each required URL and send the values securely to your LendingTree implementation representative.
What to give LendingTree
- Internet Default URL: use the FastIQ Default/unspecified posting URL.
- Internet Purchase URL: use the FastIQ Purchase posting URL.
- Internet Refinance URL: use the FastIQ Refinance posting URL.
- Internet Home Equity or HELOC URL: use the FastIQ Home equity/HELOC posting URL. If the LendingTree account combines refinance and home equity in one field, confirm with the implementation representative which single URL and purpose mapping they will use.
The secure credential is already embedded in each URL. LendingTree should not add a tenant ID, reuse another tenant's URL, or receive a separate FastIQ API key unless FastIQ Support specifically directs it.
Test and certify the connection
- Select Test beside each URL to confirm that its credential and tenant route are valid. This check does not create a lead.
- Ask LendingTree to send an IsTest=Y lead using the agreed URL and current field specification.
- Open the LendingTree certification status and confirm that the provider format, private credential, test receipt, field mapping, duplicate protection, attribution, and routing checks pass.
- Open the test lead and verify the borrower data, loan purpose, source, owner, consent evidence, and activity history before approving production delivery.
- After the test passes, tell the LendingTree implementation representative to activate live delivery using the same approved purpose-specific URLs.
Email delivery and Twilio
A source-specific LendingTree email address may be available as an optional delivery method. It is a fallback for provider email notifications, not the primary native integration. Twilio registration is unrelated to receiving LendingTree leads: carrier approval affects outbound SMS or calling, not HTTP or email lead delivery.
