Configuring Mailgun Email

Connect an organization Mailgun account for outbound FastIQ email.

Administrators configure organization email under Admin > Integrations > Mailgun. FastIQ requests the Mailgun API key, sending domain, From name, and From email address.

  1. Obtain the approved Mailgun credentials and sending identity from the person who manages your domain and email service.
  2. Enter the API key, Mailgun domain, From name, and From email.
  3. Enable the integration and select Save.
  4. Use Test Connection and resolve any error before enabling campaigns or operational sends.

Organization credentials are stored encrypted. If no organization integration is configured, the product may fall back to a platform default.
